UX Intern

UX Intern (8 months)

What’s the job?

Work with Coast Capital Savings’ Digital UX team on designing for digital banking that aligns with and serves member needs. Collaborate with the Digital Product team to build out research plans, task flows and wireframes that support the day-to-day banking functions for our members.

What you’ll get to do:

Create accessible digital banking designs (wireframes and high fi)
Present recommendations and designs to various stakeholders
Work with the Digital Product team and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive solutions
Make recommendations to existing features based on member usage data (analytics) and user research
Maintain and update documentation to reflect changes

Who are we looking for?

New grads of any program (bachelors, masters, diplomas, certs, etc)
Proficient in Figma and Sketch
Strong in presentation skills
Experience working with accessible designs an asset
Experience in another tech related field an asset
Flourishes in a collaborative environment
Experience moderating research
Ability to work independently
