What’s the job?

The Financial Planner is seen as the investment specialist in branch and is responsible for delivering a positive and unexpected customer experience while achieving growth objectives through the delivery of comprehensive investment and insurance solutions. As a Financial Planner you get to work with great people, who like you, have a passion for solving customer’s financial puzzles and providing simple financial help. We're an accomplished team who love nothing better than building long lasting relationships with our customers. And right now, we need like-minded advisors to help our customers select the right financial solution or investment.


What you’ll get to do:

  • Proactively identify member financial needs and implement relevant financial solutions.
  • Successfully maximize every opportunity to help our customers with their financial well-being
  • Partner with Mobile Insurance & Estate Specialists to ensure customer insurance needs are met
  • Executes superior relationship management practices, including annual reviews, to ensure ongoing retention of customer relationships
  • Identify opportunities to deepen the member relationship by identifying small business and insurance opportunities  
  • Use your financial expertise to match your customer’s needs, priorities and preferences with our financial solutions.



Who are we looking for?


We need people who love helping people and have demonstrated success.  People who are self-starters and take pride in growing their book of business by promoting the right mix of products and services based their customer’s needs. 


  • A minimum 5 years’ experience and demonstrated success in helping customers put together the right pieces with outstanding investment advice and planning services, including mutual fund sales.
  • Have a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Personal Financial Planning (PFP) designation.
  • Excellent long term relationship building skills with a wide variety of people and have a strong value proposition about what sets you apart from other financial planners.
  • A history of owning and growing your book of business
