Member Acquisition Marketing Manager

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Member Acquisition Marketing; the Member Acquisition Marketing Manager will become an expert on Coast Capital Savings spectrum of financial services and products, work in a tight-knit team, and help define & execute impactful marketing and campaign strategies.

 

 

What you’ll get to do:

  • Work cross-functionally to develop and execute integrated marketing plans and campaign briefs that support growth of the member base and deepen relationship value
  • Develop timelines and improve processes and workflows
  • Produce compelling marketing campaigns and assets
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritize and maintain campaign schedule, strategy, and business targets
  • Manage external vendors/agencies for key projects, creative campaigns, media buys and content development
  • Ensure brand assets are current, communicated internally, and stored appropriately
  • Analyze and align project needs with resources, business objectives, and overall marketing strategy
  • Facilitate meetings and effectively communicate expectations and deadlines to team members and stakeholders

 

Who are we looking for?

 

  • Minimum 7 – 9 Years of Job Related Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, digital experience, media/advertising or agency environments. Experience managing multiple internal and external stakeholders in an enterprise environment is a must.
  • Degree or diploma in Marketing or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline.=
  • Excellent writing skills with experience writing briefs, ad copy, and product positioning
  • Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in web analytics e.g. Google Analytics, GA 360, Adobe Analytics
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and ad platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Optimize, Unbounce, etc.
  • Experience with marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM considered an asset
  • Exceptional budget management skills with experience managing enterprise-level media spend
  • Self-motivated and able to complete deliverables with minimal direct supervision
  • Multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
