Whats the job?

 

As a part of our Auto and Equipment contact center, the Outbound Sales Specialist is responsible for developing beneficial leasing referral relationships with clients and prospective clients. This individual will be responsible for calling active and inactive clients and prospective clients to understand their leasing requirements. These calls will lead to the individual providing leads to the Direct Sales team. This individual will take ownership of call objectives and metrics. This role will be a building block to move in to an Account Executive position in the future. 

 

What you'll get to do:

  • Placing calls to active, inactive, and prospective clients to understand their leasing requirements.
  • Providing leads to direct sales team
  • Liaise with colleagues in sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Document results of customer interactions in CRM for future follow up.
  • Regular maintenance of client databases / daily transactional reporting.

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly collaborative, with a keen focus on customer service.
  • College Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ Years of related experience.
  • Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to speak Punjabi will be considered an asset
