What’s the job?

Are you an assistant like no other? The Olympian of assistants some might say? Clear your calendars and warm up your fingers as you provide superstar executive and administrative support for our SVP, Retail and SVP, Wealth. In this exciting role, you will be overseeing, supporting, and performing the day to day activities in our Retail Operating Office.

 

What you’ll get to do:

  • Wow the team with your administrative skills when composing emails, correspondence, documents and presentations.
  • Maintain calendars and coordinate meeting requests, rooms, teleconference and videoconference meetings and catering for the executive team, as requested.
  • Make travel arrangements, as requested, including transportation and hotel accommodation, and prepare travel and meeting itineraries.
  • Compile and design engaging powerpoint presentations and work with excel on spreadsheet creation and support as needed.
  • Utilize your clairvoyant skills in to order anticipate needs and prioritize and multi-task your way through complex work
  • Shh! Can you keep a secret? Discretion and confidentiality are a must as one will have exposure and access to detailed knowledge of operations, procedures, and people.
  • Use outside the box thinking skills to anticipate needs, prioritize and multi-task. 
  • Use excellent listening skills and note taking abilities during meetings, as required.

 

Who are we looking for?

  • You’ve excelled as an Executive Assistant for at least 5 years and provided executive level administrative support.
  • You have superior computer skills: particularly PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • You consider yourself highly organized and efficient.
  • You exude confidence having dealt with executives in your previous role(s).  
  • You stand out of the crowd because of your excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You’re admired for your high standard of professional ethics and conduct.
  • You are task-oriented and love nothing more than demonstrating your pro-activeness and ability to work independently.
