What’s the job?

Do you love numbers? As our Senior Administrator, Investment Operations, you'll combine your love of numbers with your enthusiasm for providing top-notch customer service. You will showcase your detailed knowledge of the products and services offered by Coast Capital Savings while staying in the know with regulations regarding the sale and reporting of investment products. Investment Operations operates six days and the Senior Administrator is required to be flexible with work shifts.

 

 

What you’ll get to do:

  • Be a world class problem solver via telephone, email and the occasional snail mail by providing solutions for our members and work with our Retail Operations Department.
  • Perform all administrative duties pertaining to investment products such as balancing; reconciliation and preparing reports accurately and prioritizing them to meet deadlines.
  • Have fun, be a team player & share your brilliant thoughts and opinions to continuously improve.
  • Responsible for resolving concerns related to client accounts; problem resolution, preparing associated action oriented paperwork to ensure accurate resolution of all issues.
  • In addition to remaining current with CCS protocol regarding products and services; must maintain a current understanding of guidelines of various regulatory bodies including Canada Revenue Agency (CRA); Mutual Fund Dealers Association (MFDA); and OSFI. Responds positively to changes, challenges and new opportunities.

 

 

Who are we looking for?

  • Basic knowledge of Word and Excel and if you have previous experience working with banking back–office administration and processing, well that would make our day.
  • Excellent communicators and number crunchers who love accounting & administrative processing.
