You’ll oversee content governance, platform enhancements, reporting and day-to-day service delivery while coaching and developing a team of Knowledge Management Analysts. This is an opportunity to shape how knowledge is organized, governed and shared across the organization.
What you’ll get to do:
- Lead, coach and develop Knowledge Management Analysts, setting priorities, assigning work and supporting an inclusive and accountable team environment.
- Oversee the day-to-day administration, maintenance and performance of Coast Capital’s SharePoint-based intranet.
- Lead content governance activities, including audits, governance reviews and improvements to content standards, information architecture and publishing processes.
- Develop and maintain a multi-year intranet enhancement roadmap informed by business needs, user feedback, governance findings and platform data.
- Create and improve dashboards, performance measures and key performance indicators using Tableau, Power BI and SharePoint analytics.
- Analyze platform performance, content engagement, search effectiveness and user behaviour to recommend practical improvements.
- Build strong relationships with business partners, content owners and technology teams, serving as an escalation point for complex knowledge management and intranet matters.
Who are we looking for?
- You have five or more years of relevant experience in knowledge management, digital workplace technologies, reporting, analytics or a related field.
- You bring hands-on experience working with SharePoint Online or a SharePoint-based intranet.
- You have experience developing dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI or similar tools.
- You have demonstrated experience leading, coaching or coordinating the work of others. Formal people leadership experience is an asset.
- You understand knowledge management, content governance, content lifecycle practices and information architecture.
- You’re a strong communicator and collaborative partner who can manage competing priorities, coordinate cross-functional work and turn data into practical recommendations.
- You have a post-secondary diploma or degree in business administration, communications, information management, technology, analytics or a related field. An equivalent combination of education, technical certifications and relevant experience will also be considered.
